Ordered from us before? Your artwork is safe
We have retained the artwork and production files from previous teeone orders. If we've printed or embroidered for you before, we can use your existing files again — you don't need to dig out old logos or pay to have anything re-set-up from scratch.
Your historical designs won't appear automatically inside your online account on the new site, but they're safe in our production archive. To reorder with your existing artwork, just contact the team and tell us roughly what you ordered before, or place an order through the Expert Service and mention that we hold your files.

New website FAQs
Do you still have my artwork from previous orders?
Yes. We have retained the artwork and production files from previous teeone orders, so we can reuse your existing logos and designs. They won't appear automatically inside your online account, but they're safe in our production archive — contact the team or order through the Expert Service and mention we hold your files.
Will my old account and password still work?
Accounts weren't carried over to the new website, so your old password won't work here. Simply create a new account — using the same email address you ordered with before makes it easy for us to connect you with your history when you get in touch.
How do I reorder something I've ordered before?
Contact the team with roughly what you ordered before (garment, colours, design), or place a new order through the Expert Service and mention we hold your artwork. We'll match it to your retained production files so the result is consistent with your previous order.
Do I need to upload my logo again?
Not if we've produced for you before — we retain previous artwork and production files, so tell us we hold your logo and we'll reuse it. If you prefer to design online yourself, you can also upload your logo directly in the design tool.
I'm not a designer — can you help with my design?
Yes. Choose the Expert Service and the teeone team will prepare, position and professionally check your artwork before anything is produced. You can also ask Dougal, our AI assistant, for guidance at any point.
Do you still do both printing and embroidery?
Yes — full-colour DTF printing and classic embroidery, produced in the UK by the same team as before. Printing suits colourful and detailed artwork; embroidery gives a premium stitched finish for logos on polos, workwear and caps. Many products support both.
