Dougal Snacks is the teeone loyalty scheme for customers who return to create more custom clothing.

You can earn Dougal Snacks when you complete eligible purchases, keep track of them from your teeone account and use your available balance as a discount on a future order.

There are no physical vouchers to keep and no codes to remember. Your rewards are held securely against your customer or company account and can be applied during checkout whenever your balance and order meet the current redemption rules.

Your basket and checkout will show an estimate of what you could earn before you place an order.

How Dougal Snacks works

Step 1 — Place an eligible order. Shop for custom clothing and other eligible teeone products as normal. Before checkout, we will show you an estimate of the Dougal Snacks your order could earn.

Step 2 — Your rewards become available. Your new Dougal Snacks will initially appear as pending. They normally become available when your order is dispatched. This protects your balance if an order is cancelled, changed or refunded before it has been completed.

Step 3 — Use them on a future order. When you next reach checkout, choose how many available Dougal Snacks you would like to use. The discount will be displayed clearly in your order summary before you pay.

What are Dougal Snacks worth?

At the current earning rate, you receive 1 Dougal Snack for every £1 of eligible spend.

At the current redemption rate, 100 Dougal Snacks are worth £1.

The actual amount earned is calculated from eligible spending after relevant discounts and exclusions.

An eligible net order value of £250 would earn 250 Dougal Snacks. Those Dougal Snacks would be worth £2.50 towards a future eligible order.

What can earn Dougal Snacks?

Most eligible product spending can earn Dougal Snacks, including qualifying orders for custom-printed clothing, personalised garments and branded workwear.

Your exact reward is calculated using the rules active at the time your order is placed.

How to use your Dougal Snacks

Sign in to your teeone account and add your chosen products to the basket.

At checkout, the Dougal Snacks panel will show your available balance, its current monetary value, the maximum reward you can use on that order, any minimum redemption requirement, and charges or products that are not eligible.

Choose the amount you would like to use and the discount will be added to the order summary.

At present, the configured minimum redemption is 500 Dougal Snacks, worth £5.

You can use up to 100% of the eligible order value.

Your available balance is reserved briefly while you complete payment. If payment fails or the checkout is abandoned, the reserved balance will be released automatically.

Your production dates will not change: using Dougal Snacks is a financial discount. It does not change your selected production slot, artwork timings or Expert Review schedule.

Why are my Dougal Snacks pending?

Rewards from a new order are shown as pending until the order reaches the configured completion stage.

They currently become available when your order is dispatched.

Pending rewards cannot yet be spent. Once they become available, they will be moved into your usable balance and shown in your teeone account.

If an order is cancelled, reduced or refunded, the associated reward may be cancelled or adjusted to reflect the eligible value that remains.

Rewards for individuals and organisations

Dougal Snacks can be held against an individual teeone account or shared through a company or organisation account.

Where a company wallet is used, authorised team members can see the shared balance. Company permissions determine which users can redeem it.

This is useful for organisations that regularly order staff clothing, event garments, uniforms, branded workwear or merchandise through several different account users.

Users who can view a company balance but do not have redemption permission will not be able to apply it at checkout.

Ordered as a guest? You may still be able to keep your rewards

Eligible guest orders can provisionally earn Dougal Snacks.

Create and verify a teeone account using the same email address within 30 days to claim the reward.

A guest reward can only be claimed once and cannot be redeemed until it has been attached to a verified account.

What happens if an order is refunded or cancelled?

Dougal Snacks should always reflect the eligible value of completed teeone purchases.

If an order is cancelled before its pending reward becomes available, the pending reward will normally be cancelled.

If a completed order is fully or partially refunded, the Dougal Snacks earned from the refunded value may be reversed.

When Dougal Snacks were used to pay for part of a refunded order, the relevant amount will normally be returned to the original loyalty wallet. Cash and card payments will continue to be handled through the usual refund process.

If rewards earned from a later-refunded order have already been spent, the loyalty balance may temporarily become negative. Future rewards will first clear that adjustment.

Each change is recorded in your transaction history.

Do Dougal Snacks expire?

Available Dougal Snacks currently expire 24 months after they become available.

We will show upcoming expiry information in your teeone account and may send reminders before a balance expires.

When you redeem rewards, the balance that is due to expire first will normally be used first.

If rewards are returned following a cancellation or refund, they will retain their original expiry date where practical. Where the original date has passed or is very close, the current minimum returned-reward validity rules will apply.
